Answers to Our Most Common Questions 


  • Do I Need to Pay a Deposit to Reserve My Date?

    Yes. A $250 non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract are required to secure your event. The remaining balance, along with a $200 security deposit, is due one week before your event. The security deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days if there is no damage or overage in rental time.

  • Can I Reschedule My Event?

    Yes, if notice is given at least 30 days in advance. If the new date is available, we will gladly accommodate. Please note that all sales are final.

  • Are Outside Vendors Allowed?

    Yes. You may bring in outside vendors for catering, entertainment, and other services to personalize your event.

  • Can Deliveries Be Made Outside of My Rental Time?

    All deliveries and pickups must occur within your rental period. If additional arrangements are needed, please consult with the owner directly.

  • Is Extra Time Available for Setup?

    Your rental includes one hour of setup time prior to the event. Additional setup or decorating time may be purchased for $75 per hour and must be paid in advance.

  • What Types of Décor Are Not Allowed?

    For the protection of our venue, we do not allow glitter, confetti, tape, or screws on walls or floors.
